The "Adholics"
Josh has been directing new business for small to mid-sized firms in Minnesota for the last 10 years. Founding The “Adholics” has made good on a promise he made to himself many years ago: to one day own his own agency and go after some dream accounts. The partners with whom he has aligned himself puts Josh in a unique position to do just that. Unlike most companies, Josh did not find his team through want ads; he personally scoured the creative community looking for the best he could find in every facet of marketing and advertising. And he got everyone he went after.
Josh believes that to be a good salesman in a creative field you need to be creative yourself, and you need to be passionate about your team. Being a life-long singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, he has the creative part down, and now for the first time in his career he has a team to truly be passionate about selling.
Every partner in The “Adholics" has a specific talent they bring to the group. Mine just happens to be new business and account development. Don’t feel sorry for me, I actually enjoy this important part of the creative process. The downside however, is not having a vast array of beautiful samples like the other partners to share.
Instead, the result of my work is great collaborations and relationships between creatives, clients and me. I could tell you what it’s like to work with me. But I think it would be better if you heard it from the people I’ve had the privilege to work with over my 10 years in the business.
"Josh has always made himself 100% available to me, that is something very uncommon."

"Josh bucks the trend of a salesperson who simply "dials for dollars" and instead takes the time necessary to learn about a prospect and anticipate their needs often before they do."
